Everyone at Lexus of Akron Canton treated us like family. It was by far the best experience at any dealership we have ever had. Yoko, our salesperson, was welcoming, friendly, knowledgeable, and reassured us that Lexus was the right choice. Test drove both a hybrid and gas powered Lexus. We decided on a hybrid 2024 NX350, a first for both Lexus and a hybrid. Yoko introduced us to a technician who answered our hybrid questions and then gave us a tour of the service department. Picking up our Lexus was a great experience. Our new Lexus was under a red cover with a big red bow on the roof. Biggest present I have ever received. Everyone was clapping for us! The whole experience from walking into the showroom to look at a Lexus to driving out the doors as an owner of a new Lexus was first class.
